Cozy atmosphere with a unique charm that draws you in, not to mention the well-stocked bar with a great selection of local brews. The vintage decor in the pub area adds a nice touch, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day.

Single glass windows let in quite a bit of street noise, especially on music nights, which can be bothersome for light sleepers or families with kids. The bathroom had water issues. a big puddle greeted us at check-in, and despite assurances it wasn't from a leak, it was clear the ceiling had some serious plumbing troubles. This led to an uncomfortable night where access to towels and buckets was a challenge.

Friendly and helpful staff made the experience positive, and the room was generally clean. The location was great for access to bars and eateries. It’s conveniently close to the tram stop for the airport. the hotel is quite dated, lacking some modern amenities, and we encountered several issues that detracted from the stay.

I appreciated the walkable distance to the beautiful Chorlton Ees Nature Reserve, where I could stroll and enjoy the fresh air. The nearby cafes offered delightful spots for refreshments after a day of exploring the city.

stayed at the spread eagle for a couple of nights. the staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. the hotel is so clean and tidy, making it a comfortable place to be. located close to the emirates stadium, which is a huge plus for sports fans. I loved the rich food experience at the restaurant. the sunday roast was delightful!

the spread eagle had a nice pub vibe, very clean and easy to find. loved the large room with comfy bed n blackout blinds. plenty of toiletries were available which was great! staff were friendly but we didn't need to interact much. the communal areas had lovely furniture and the parking was ample and well lit.

the wi-fi password wasn't in the room or info we got, which was annoying, and thought the price was high for just a room and no breakfast.

We stayed two nights for a Man U game. The location was spot on! Just a 30 min walk to the stadium and bars everywhere. The bar area was nice to chill after the match. The hotel felt a bit old tho, could use a refresh. it was good for the price. Expect the pint prices to go up tho, just a heads up!
